Carol Pastor is Cordon bleu trained and has written many cookery articals and recipes for her own books and national magazines, includingTaste magazine,Honey, Readers Digest publications,most of the Marshal Cavendish Cookery Partworks and Inspirations magazine. Also contributtng features with her own photography to Homes and Gardens magazine,House and Garden,Country Homes and Interiors,and Nouveau magazine in Holland.
For the past five years she has been the food writer for the Suffolk,Norfolk,Cambridgeshire Journals and the Essex magazine.
Carol is currently working for several leading food manufacturers, styling food shots for their packaging.
She is also the food writer,home economist and photographer for
Whitworths Sugars.
Carol is the author of Pastry Magic and Food Magic, published by Cassell and a forthcoming book, Muffins and Bakes published by New Holland.
